Mediterranean Touch Cuisine

The Mediterranean Touch Cuisine is an authentic middle eastern and moroccan cuisine that is dedicated to serve a healthy and flavored meal from the Arab world and beyond. Located in San Jose, the mediterranean touch crew has twenty years and above of experience in food business. Mama Saadia is known with her moroccan Eggplant (Zaalook) and of course her couscous and Tagine. Chef Hicham lived 16 years in Europe and grow up in northern part of Morocco precisely by the mediterranean is known for his famous crepes, chicken and beef shawarma. Chef Hassan aside from his long experience in French and Spanish cuisine is known with his  kebabs dishes (recipe from his eighty five years old mother).
